Barossa Wine Distributors, LLC

Barossa Wine Distributors was started in August 2005 by Chad Sauey.  We are a family owned busines who has partnered with Stanley Lambert Wines.  Stanley Lambert is a family owned winery bringing together two extended families (Lindsay Stanley and Jim Lambert).  The owners of the company are Jim and Pam Lambert and Chad Sauey is proud to call them his Uncle/Aunt and godparents. 

Stanley Lambert is one of the only "Medium" size wineries in the Barossa Valley who are fortunate to own the vineyard and winery. This is usually only done by the large wineries. This allows us to retain more control over the quality of wine from vine to bottle. Sanley Lambert also has one of the most integrated systems for distribution here in the United States. Since Jim Lambert is a USA Citizen (Wisconsin native) he started his own import company (AUSA Pacific LLC) Jim then ships the wines from his winery to his own import company in Napa California and does not asses and import fee. By cutting out the importer or "middle" man Barossa Wine Distributors is able to get high quality wines to the Wisconsin market at a price that can't be beat!

Who We Are

Chad Sauey - Chairman/Somellier

Chad Sauey was born and raised in Baraboo WI.  Chad attended college at University of Wisconsin-Stout graduating with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism with an empahsis on Restaurant Managment.  Chad has worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and is able to use past experience to cater to retail stores.  Chad became a Somellier in Sep 2008 and Chad's passion for Stanley Lambert wines is contagious and he prides himself of being able to partner with retailers to maximize their business.
